Ms. Fancy Nkuhi

Managing Director

Ms. Fancy Nkuhi is an Advocate of the High Court and on 4^th April, 2017 was elected Member of Parliament of the East African Legislative Assembly.

She has a post graduate diploma in Management of Foreign Relations which paved a path to her exposure in matters of International Relations.

Fancy also has vast experience in Real estate consultancy services where she has worked with a number of both corporate non corporate clients. She is also specializes in areas of Banking, Employment and Labour Relations and Land Law.

She has worked for various institutions including UN Association of Tanzania where she was the Secretary General, her principal function was to monitor all programs and liaise with citizens and the government.

She is also an active member of the Tanzania Law Society and East Africa Law Society.

Ms. Vanessa Kajiru

Company Secretary

Ms. Vanessa is a legal consultant and her areas of practice include Banking and Securities, Real Estate Development, Intellectual Property, Commercial Contracts and Company Law.

She attained her LL. B (Hons) Degree at the University of Dar es Salaam in 2014 and attended the Law school of Tanzania in 2015/2016. She also deals withlegal and policy analyst drafting Legal instruments, Legal Audit services and Consultation.

Vanessa has a vast experience working with law firms like Tan Africa Law Chambers and Novelty Advocates.  She has also consulted for Companies which include JB Holdings, KAE Ltd and ASA Microfinance ltd.

Abdallah A. Masoud

Accountant

Mr. Abdallah is a holder of a Master’s Degree of Science in Accounting and Finance (Msc A& F) from the University of Mzumbe at Dar es Salaam with an intermediate stage certificate from the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA).

He has a 13 years’ experience in areas of Accounting, Auditing and Finance from major Corporations like Tanzania Post Corporation (TPC) and Tanzania Ports Authority (TPA).

He is also an active member of the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA).

Ms. Salha Nkuhi

HR and Administration Officer

Ms. Salha Nkuhi has the expertise to carry out duties and responsibilities in areas such as training and development, policy implementation, performance appraisal, performance management, labour law compliance, conflict resolution orientation and compensation for development.

She attained her Bachelor Degree in Human Resources and Management from the Institute of Social Work at Dar es Salaam. Salha has also gained experience working for other Companies including GSM Enterprises.

Ms. Fatma Ahmada

Office Assistant

Ms. Fatma is the office assistant whose duties include filing documents, taking inventory, picking up and delivering messages, packages, and office items inclusive of other office duties.

She deals directly with our clients. She is also very social, warm, friendly and trustworthy.
